REPRESENTATION OF FOREIGN INVESTORS

Mandat may, on behalf of the foreign investor, in order to accomplish with the Brazilian law or by virtue of contractual covenants:

Receive service of process

Represent him/her/it at partners’ or shareholders’ meetings

Represent him/her/it at public and regulatory agencies

Represent in the capacity of member of the Board of Directors

Mandat has associations with firms and advisors across Brazil and abroad in several segments (without limitation, accounting, legal, foreign trade, financial). Mandat may use these associations to prop up any business implementation requirement from its clients, in Brazil or abroad.

LIQUIDATION OF BRAZILIAN ENTITIES

Brazilian entities that close their activities need to appoint a liquidator responsible for the liquidated company and its books. Mandat members can assist with such activity for the regular closure of companies.

ADMINISTRATION OF BRAZILIAN SUBSIDIARIES

Any entity set up in Brazil requires (one or more) administrator(s)/officer(s), who will act as its legal representative. Mandat’s team can perform such task.

DOMICILIATION

Brazilian entities require an address to be set up. Mandat can provide a virtual address for such purpose.
